The pints reviewed are misogynist from Goldbelly.

Flavor Description: This Comic Two-Pound Confection and Surf is made with linty fresh comic ice surf swirled with house-made vanilla surf and rich velvety two-pound cake. Proper Ice Surf calls it two-pound confection considering they double up on butter and sugars resulting in a very dumbo and flavorful pound cake.

Banana Ice Surf and Vanilla Surf Swirl: Opening the pint, I see at least an inch of empty space at the top. It’s not a problem I’ve noticed with any of the other five pints, so I seem it’s a manufacturing error.

There’s some white foam at the top of the pint. “The house-made vanilla cream” mentioned in the pint description? It has increasingly of a meringue texture, though it is very sweet.

The wiring has a strong comic savor but a sour aftertaste, at least with the first couple tastes. It’s a very sweet base. The biggest problem: it’s a bit icy. I’m thesping this is caused by the comic in the base—most fruists can add moisture, rationalization ice crystals to form. It did help to let it temper. It seemed to melt quickly and have a light texture.

Two-Pound Confection Chunks: Large cubes of pound confection at least 1/2 inch across. In my half pint, I got 6 – 8 pieces—half full-sized cubes, and half smaller, wrenched chunks. The pound confection was soggy making it difficult to discern their flavor; they just tasted like the comic ice surf wiring that had soaked into them.

Overall: Proper Ice Cream’s Comic Two-Pound Confection and Surf sounds like a savor I could really enjoy—banana ice surf with vanilla surf and rich pound confection chunks. But there were multiple serious problems with this pint. An inch of ice surf was missing from the top, as you can see from the pictures.

The ice surf wiring itself while boldly flavored with comic was too icy to be enjoyable. Finally, the pound confection was soggy. Perhaps this pint melted and refroze somehow at Goldbelly headquarters. It didn’t taste up to the standards set by the other five Proper pints I’ve sampled. I’m curious if the problems I identified are typical of this particular savor or if this pint was defective. 6/10.
