I used dark brown sugar; light is good though.

These pizza dough cinnamon rolls are made and baked as follows. You will need a big mixing bowl, a spatula, a whisk, a 9x 9 square pan prepared with parchment paper.

First step: prepping Cover the pan's bottom and sides with parchment paper for simple removal of the cinnamon buns. Save.

4 softened unsalted tablespoons of butter
Two thirds of a cup brown sugar | sub white sugar
Two teaspoon ground cinnamon
One half teaspoon salt

Three-quarters of a cup powdered sugar
One half a teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Set oven to 375 preheat.

Combine the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and then uniformly cover the dough.
Tightly roll it lengthwise then cut into eight equal rolls.
